I am incredibly impressed by this hotel and truly enjoyed every part of our stay. The room was perfect and beautiful and extremely comfortable. The entire staff was warm and friendly. While our heat wasn't working, someone came quickly with a space heater that worked wonderfully, and the person bringing it was so hospitable. All of the amenities were amazing, especially the lobby, gym, and breakfast. The location was very convenient. While parking is about a block or two away, it is a very easy walk and probably the cheapest rate possible which is a huge factor considering location. More than anything, Jeffrey at the front desk checked me in and assured that the beginning of my stay was flawless. It was really comforting to be welcomed by such a friendly face and charming, shining person

We had a wonderful stay here! The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was close to the Amtrak station and was walking distance to broadway Times Square Rockefeller center and Central Park. A lot of restaurants nearby as well. Would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was pretty good, a wide variety. Bar looked very nice although we didn’t get drinks there. They had live music one of the nights. Highly recommend

My stay was fantastic! Leslie gave me a warm & welcoming check-in. Before I reserved, I read about a couple issues guests had: 1. Slow elevators. I stayed on the 11th floor (out of 14 floors) and didn't experience any delays. Max wait time 20-25 seconds. 2. Breakfast. There were always open places to sit for breakfast. There were a ton of options to choose from however I have one request: a Golden Waffle maker! 3. Small rooms. My room wasn't huge, but it wasn't claustrophobic. NYC rooms are notoriously small, these are old buildings. If you are properly visiting Manhattan your time in your hotel room will be limited. My room was well appointed with lots of outlets for charging, a comfy bed and plenty of hot water. I booked this room because it was withing walking distance of Madison Squar

Stayed here for two nights looking for a central base within walking distance of Penn Station for a short sightseeing trip to New York. Room was spotlessly clean and a reasonable size for Manhattan. Overall this was a great value option, the included breakfast was more than adequate. We went down for breakfast around 8am and had no issue finding space either morning, but it did get busier while we were there, so suggest not going too late. Luggage was stored no problem on our last day so we could pick it up and walk 15 minutes to catch a train from Penn station.

Most horrible Hotel I have stayed so far. Much worse than a cheap 1 star motel. The keys to the room doesn't work and you end up having to visit reception every time you need to go back to your room to get a fresh set of keys. It was not just my personal experience. I saw a old couple having the same issue. Its a long wait for the elevators and you waste atleast 15 minutes every time with this. It happened with me multiple times during my 2 day stay and I even reached out to the Manager for fixing it. Even the amenities are minimal (I didn't expect much as it is NY City). The 'smoke' on the street outside the hotel is also bad (nothing in Hotel control). The photo was taken when I was waiting in the lobby for more than 10 minutes to get the key issue fixed at 8.51 pm.
