The hotel located in a good location, in the middle of Manhattan, can go up & down the city within a day. The room is very small. We family of 3 stayed in a 2 twin beds room with only 2 small handcarry luggages. We can hear clearly whenever neighboods closed the door. Noise sensitive people would need re-consider. We stayed in the middle level of hotel, can see firewalk on 4 July, OneWorld trade & Statue of Liberty. Our room located at the end of corrider, they placed a clean up trolley near our room door blocking the way to lift everyday.Breakfast place is clean and staff cleanup promptly. The place always crowded and so we usually visited before 7:30am. The choice of food is limited but will offer different kinds of food everyday.

Dear SpringHill Suites Chelsea Marriott Management Team, I wanted to take a moment to share our wonderful experience at your hotel during our stay from December 14–17, when we visited to celebrate our son’s 4th birthday. From the moment we arrived, your staff truly made our stay unforgettable. Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, but I would especially like to recognize Xavier (the best!), Ariel, Janella, Maryann from dining, and Beinvenido. Each of them went above and beyond—not only for my husband and me, but especially for our son, Andrew. Andrew absolutely loves elevators, and your staff made his excitement feel important. They always greeted him with smiles, made sure he got to enjoy his elevator rides, and treated him with such kindness that it meant the world to

I waited about five minutes to be checked in as the front desk was quite busy, but Amira truly made the experience wonderful. She is an absolute ball of sunshine—from the moment she greets you, her warmth and positivity are felt. Everyone at the front desk seemed genuinely kind and happy with what they do. Just watching them work is uplifting—you can see them smiling even while handling phone calls. The check-in experience was excellent overall, and the room I was given was also wonderful

We visited for 9 days to celebrate Christmas and our granddaughters birthday. The hotel has a great location for all the main attractions just 5 minutes from Madison Square Garden and about 10 from the Empire State Building. Everything is within easy reach with a Metro just at the end of the block. Cafes/delis and a fabulous pizza are all nearby for those late night/early morning essentials. |The breakfast buffet was plentiful with hot and cold options. It was always busy. |Hotel reception staff were very, helpful, polite and busy. There was also a desk where you could book tours and shuttles to the airport - all at reasonable prices. |The rooms are compact and you are compensated with fabulous views over the city.

The room had an amazing view with both the Freedom tower and Statue of Liberty 🗽 visible. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Very modern. The tea and coffee station in the lobby was a nice plus. The location is excellent. One block to two different subway lines. Nice area with tons of restaurants within 1 block in any direction. The major con of this hotel are the elevators. There are two separate banks of two elevators each and they are not on the same call button system. They are also not divided by floors - there are over 45 floors, so having express for floors above 20 something would e been nice. There also isn't a service elevator for the cleaning staff, so they would frequently come on to ride the elevator one floor. This can mean very long waits and slow rid
