SpringHill Suites by Marriott Napa Valley

So me and my lady had flown in from out of state for the valentine's weekend, and I decided to spend a night in napa. Are our first mistake was choosing spring Hill suites, are second mistake was trusting that they would hold to their word.. We woke up monday morning to there being absolutely no hot water in the whole hotel. Management on-site told us they could not have it resolved before our checkout and long trip back home. I was promised that they had reimbursed for half of the cost of our room. To date, I have not received any compensation. When I reached out to Stephanie, the operations manager. She acted like she had never heard of me. Future travelers beware, this is a old hotel and the management does not care about your comfort or complaints at all. What they are good at is lyi

My husband and I got married in Napa on July 5th 2025 and we used Springhill suites for the main hotel for our guests and to host a few events. We thoroughly enjoyed the services provided, and we wrote individual reviews as below:|Rishabh: Rosanna and the crew did an amazing job catering to our guests, dealing with the multitude of Patels staying at the place. The hotel was a great spot to hold components of our wedding, the service was excellent, they event let us do s'mores at the bonfire!|Kajol: Rosanna and the staff at SpringHill are top notch! They did an amazing job accommodating to our guest and helping to host an Indian wedding function. We loved working with them and they feel like family end of the day. Spacious rooms. Fridge, microwave, sink, coffee maker and blow-dryer. There is a well-supplied breakfast. A bar in the lobby with a very nice and helpful staff.

We had an excellent stay here while visiting Napa! The staff went above and beyond. When we arrived, we were greeted by Madison who did an excellent job getting us all checked in and squared away. After we had checked out, I called because I thought I had left my ID there. The staff double checked the rooms to see if it was there and gave us a call back a few hours later to inform us they did not find it. We ended up finding the ID later on in one of our pockets. But usually in a situation like this the hotel does not even call you back. I really appreciate that even after we checked out, they still continued to help us. I only stayed for one night, but it was such a lovely experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. The room was cozy, comfortable, and had all the little details that make a short stay feel special. The property itself is beautiful and has that relaxing Napa Valley charm, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. Even though it was a quick visit, I really enjoyed the atmosphere, and I wish I had stayed longer to experience more of what the hotel has to offer. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay in Napa!
