SpringHill Suites by Marriott Las Cruces

A few standouts: - In a high turnover environment, I’ve seen the same faces working at this SpringHill for over a year and a half. They care about the success of this SpringHill, and you can feel it. - The rooms are always clean, parking is uncomplicated, and you miss out on not taking advantage of the free breakfast. - The location, which admittedly isn’t the flashiest or in the best place, is convenient and quiet in the night time. You’re also within close proximity to all the important things; local wineries, gas stations, the highway, etc. This SpringHill speaks for itself in the stay that you have. Enjoy!

We stayed here 1 night with our 3 dogs while on vacation. At check-in, the front desk guy at night was dressed in a T-shirt and sweatpants, which was unprofessional. After checking in, we parked our car and got our dogs out. Weirdly enough, the front desk guy is outside walking by us, but we're like, okay, maybe it's his smoke break. But then, once we got to our floor and we're walking to our room, this guy was there again walking behind us! This creeped us out! We did take our dogs out one time before we headed to bed and there was a different person at the front desk, probably about 11 pm, she was so unfriendly. For a Marriott chain hotel, you would expect friendlier and better service, but this hotel had some odd people. In the morning, the woman at the front desk was very nice, exactly

This hotel was in a great location, right off the interstate and close to areas I wanted to visit. The front desk personnel were very courteous and helpful. I was fortunate enough to meet and talk with the director of sales and the manager of this hotel. They were very nice and professional. They made me feel as though I had might the right choice in staying at Springhill Suites. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast they served was very nice. I have not had this good of service and hospitality at a hotel in years. I greatly appreciate the way you made me feel during stay!! Thank you!!!

Positive: Super clean all around! The beds, sheets, pillows, were impeccably clean! I confidently placed my belongings anywhere without the fear of bugs or uncleanliness. Going to sleep was effortless because the linens were perfectly clean and crisp and spotless! Negative: ""

* LOCATION NOTE: This hotel is located on the far / "West" side of Los Cruces, and your journey there may very well take you through downtown proper as well as a light industrial district --||Even when I knew I was close, the hotel can still be a bit hard to find due to very limited street lighting and visible signage. (When Siri announced "Arrived!" I still found myself in a dark gravel lot with no visible hotel sign in evidence.) ||When I finally DID check in around 10:30 -- very tired from a long drive -- sleep, and ONLY sleep, was the one thing on my mind.||Trying to get the lights on in the room involved leaving the hall door open so that I could see, as the wall switch wasn't working, and the housekeeping staff had not had the foresight to leave even a single small reading light on.
