SpringHill Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Downtown

Outstanding Service and Comfortable Stay! I stayed at the SpringHill Suites and was so impressed by how the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, every team member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. When I needed help with canceling a room due to an in-flight emergency, resulting in a diversion to another city, they all went above and beyond to assist. You can tell that everyone there takes pride in their work and really want guests to feel that they matter. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with spacious suites and a great layout for relaxing or working. Very nice hotel in great location. Was greeted by Ian, the valet, who quickly unloaded my luggage for me and was very kind and patient answering all my questions regarding places of interest and even helped me set up my map on my phone for a local restaurant. The staff at the reception quickly got me checked in and explained where breakfast would be in the morning. Room was very nice with a great view. I would definitely stay here again!

Positive: Convenient, clean, breakfast variety, good size room, separate toilet from shower room. Negative: Ice makers on floors 2 and 3 weren't working. Staff does NOT explain parking garage information well. It's very confusing and i over heard many customers ask clarifying questions that were not answered clearly.

Courtney P at front desk was amazing! She helped me with everything I needed and made sure I was taken care of the whole stay. Will definitely be returning in the summer just for her service alone! The rooms were ok and the food at the Bistro wasn't to bad neither Heather was a great chat as well

Sandy at the front desk was AMAZING!! She helped us celebrate our special day with an upgraded room, free parking and a bottle of wine, just by virtue of my wife sharing our story.
