SpringHill Suites by Marriott Franklin Mint

What a great weekend! I can’t believe the Springhill Suites by Marriott in Franklin, KY hasn’t been reviewed more. It was race weekend and the hotel was fully booked. It was such a fun experience to stay here during the race. Our room was spacious and had a fantastic view of the track. Breakfast was good and all of the staff we spoke with were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were supposed to attend an event in Portland, TN one night but enjoyed being at the hotel so much we skipped it and got a pizza at Pie Rollers. Now, from the website and advertisement found in the lobby and room we assumed Pie Rollers was in the hotel and it was not. We had to walk from the hotel all the way through the casino and back lol. But the pizza was worth it. Room even had plates and forks in the microwav

5 star Springhill Suites, as good as you will get in this collection. It is a few quick miles off I-65 so it's quiet. The hotel is clean and well kept. The staff at the front desk were professional. The breakfast crew on Sat morning were on top of the game. Keep up the good work!

Positive: The hotel was fairly new, so it felt cleaner and the layout was nice. Negative: Some things that didn?t work, (side bed light, sink drain needed adjusted).The bathroom door is frosted glass.If someone gets up to use the bathroom at night, it?s super bright. The bathroom is directly in front of the beds. Smoking around restaurant.

Clean, and very friendly staff. Only thing I can say is I was hoping for biscuits and gravy for breakfast but there was none. Otherwise great breakfast.

This was our second time staying here, everyone is super friendly, rooms were clean and nice. I loved being able to walk to the casino and it has a super nice outdoors ares with fire pits and a pool.
