SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cincinnati Blue Ash

Great service, convenient to all major roads and highways. Very clean common area and the breakfast area was well stocked and clean as well. We had 3 rooms for the weekend and they were all very clean. Would stay again if we needed to.

this hotel is clean and modern with spacious comfortable rooms. I loved this hotel! I was there for work and the TV and Wifi worked perfect. Breakfast was hot and good each morning. the staff were super friendly and I would definitely stay again!

The staff at this location was pleasant which is something that’s hard to find these days. We had one issue and that was the cleanliness of our first room. There was hair shavings on the sink and urine on the toilet. Our second room had a visibly dirty couch and ottoman which we covered with a towel. I hope this hotel steps up the cleaning of the rooms. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, the pool was heated, breakfast was normal hotel breakfast, options could be better. Again the staff made the stay nice. No attitudes or rudeness. They were all pleasant.

A pleasant one-night stay at Springhill Suites in Blue Ash. The night manager who checked me in after midnight was friendly and offered me some water. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and shower was very roomy. I would stay here again.

My experience at this Springhill location was highly positive. The property was clean, well-maintained, and staffed by friendly personnel. While the breakfast offerings were consistent, they were satisfactory. The rooms were exceptionally clean and presented in excellent condition. I anticipate utilizing this hotel as a convenient midpoint during future travels through Ohio.
