SpringHill Suites by Marriott Buffalo Airport

Just spent a couple of days here. I'm a Marriott platinum member so I stay at a lot of Marriotts and I have to say this had one of the best breakfasts. Rooms were spacious, clean, updated. The gym is on the small size but it was not busy so it was OK- would have liked if they had a bike. Staff very friendly. Appreciated that they had coffee, tea and water out all day long. Very well maintained.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, even the lobby is modest but this hotel exceeded my expectations. The room design is excellent, the layout is exceptionally functional which makes the room feel larger than it is. There is a well lit, full sized desk with a sliding window which allows you to see out the hotel for natural sunlight. A large comfy couch separate from the bed which makes it feel like a separate room. It has a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. the room was very clean with no odd odor you sometimes experience at different hotels. Oh and the rooms appear soundproof, didn’t hear a thing the 3 days I was there. The cleaning staff does a great job and is honest! I left out some jewelry, a Tumi backpack, phone battery pack, a

Stayed over a weekend. Chose this hotel then my usual Fairfield as this hotel was closer to more restaurants and shops.Really liked the fast shuttle service and the attentive staff at front desk. The lobby decor was new and fresh. Very spacious. The pool was nice and heated. Fitness room was good. The rooms were spacious, warm and comfortable. The bathroom was great and nicely lit. Some may not like because the door is a roll door so if your with friends/family and doing number 2 they will hear everything!! The breakfast area is abundant but the staff doesn't refill everything in time. Usually should have someone just be more attentive if a group of kids come everything is gone until the next batch staff should be more attentive on the Waffle Station. Recently stayed here for a hockey tournament. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean as was the lobby. We constantly saw employees cleaning things. Every time we asked for something, they accommodated it. Wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel and great location! This one is fairly New and so super clean! Beds were great! Bathroom. Was very nice. Good hot water and the water pressure in shower was great! NOTE: The shower doors had water leak at the base. A minor repair job is required. Breakfast food was a nice selection and changes each morning. Other Options: Cracker Barrel is next door. As well as other nice restaurants in that area. We would stay again!
