Customer Reviews
I stayed at this hotel with friends and had a great experience from start to finish. The room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. My friend and I spent some time at the bar, and the food and drinks were absolutely fantastic. The bar area was welcoming, and the restrooms were very clean and well stocked. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful, which really made our stay even better. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely return for a second visit. Thanks again for everything!
Used the valet service to park for an Orioles game. Kevin was awesome. Very nice guy. Car was ready and waiting for me. Half a mile walk to Camden Yards. Would definitely use this service again and am considering staying at this SpringHill next time we visit Inner Harbor. Go O's!! |-Jordan and Loukas
Positive: It is in a rough area but the hotel was extremely secure, needing a keycard to get in after certain hour, need keycard to use elevator etc. Negative: NO parking pay for either valet or to park in the garage across street. BEFORE checkout time maid came into the room and started cleaning even though our belongings were still in plain sight but we had stepped out then stood outside the room until we left
Overall I had a good stay here. Kevin, the front desk supervisor (I think that was his title, about 55/60 year old African American male), was really nice and helpful during my stay there. The room was clean. The location though was a little sketchy. We were told not to go left out of the hotel as it can be a little dangerous heading that way. However walking right out of the hotel was safer.
The place was very nice and my room clean. But every person at the front desk was rude and curt. Most of Baltimore was nice, and I met friendly people across the city. So it was really odd that the front desk people made me feel so unwelcome. Their words and manners made me feel like I was bothering them just by checking in! I found myself saying "have a good day" and then feeling like a chump when they said nothing back.
