SpringHill Suites by Marriott Atlanta Downtown

We just stayed for our grand daughters 6th birthday. We have to say that out of all of the hotels we have been to over the last few years. The staff at this hotel were by far the best. We can not thank them enough for making her birthday something that we will remember for years to come. Thanks you all from the clean rooms, the valets, restaurant staff, and the front desk. You all did an amazing job

The hotel was quite clean, and the rooms were nice. However, the location felt a bit unusual. I did notice that some gym equipment was broken, but overall, it’s a decent place to stay.

We had a wonderful experience! The staff was pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. We were greeted with smiles and a clean room. The pub was thoughtful with games out for kids and a kid-friendly menu. Our server, Sophia, was amazing- quick and sweet. ||||We would highly recommend this hotel for a family stay, especially if the Georgia Aquarium is on your itinerary. It doesn’t get more convenient or pleasant than this.

My family and I stayed here Thursday–Saturday (Suite 720) during a weekend trip to the Aquarium, after it was recommended by a friend. Check-in was pleasant — Desiree at the front desk was kind and informative, and valet staff were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the stay itself was extremely disappointing. Shortly after arriving, the AC began blowing hot air and wouldn’t turn off. Maintenance temporarily fixed it, but the issue kept returning. The room also did not feel clean for a $500-per-night suite — stained couches, unswept floors, and a chipped, dirty headboard. The shower was another major issue.
