We got day passes for the water park so didn’t stay at the hotel. There are a few things we were very disappointed in. 1) There wasn’t enough staff/lifeguards on duty. There were three lifeguards total. One at the top of the racing slides, (only one slide was open), one at the service desk, and one running the snack bar. Due to this kids were running up the slides of the tree house area making it dangerous for anyone else to slide down. 2) The website described the private cabanas as having private servers with an exclusive cabana menu so we decided to pay the extra $150 for one. Turns out this is not true. We were told the restaurant is now a bar only, so the only food they had was from the snack bar and there’s no servers. So we paid extra for a table with 6 chairs. Definitely not worth

I usually don’t do this, but I wanted to let everybody else know. We just stayed here last night for the second time (why we came back after our last experience, I’m not sure.. I know the price helps but you get what you pay for) the elevator was broken. One of the 2 main slides was down at the water park. The waterpark also closed at 6 even though check in is at 3? I guess that’s my bad for not checking that out before booking, but it was a bummer that we only got 2.5 hours of water park time. Wristbands expire at 12 the next day, but it does you no good since the waterpark doesn’t open until 3.. They’re extremely understaffed. The restaurant has been closed for over a year now? The staff that they did have were pretty nice, aside from the front desk lady almost charging me for 6 wristban

Don't come here seriously worst experience ever. No working elevator in the section that our room was located. One of the two water slides was out of order. The arcade is laughable. The employees are miserable, power tripping, and rude. Don't expect the lifeguards to keep your kids safe. For $500 for one night and the lights didn't even work in the room. The windows in the rooms OPEN even on the 3rd floor which is crazy. Seriously don't waste your time or money. People that give this place 5/5, are you okay? Did they pay you to leave a good review?

I booked a stay for my family last night as a treat to get out of the winter funk. When we got to the hotel it was just problem after problem. Now before I keep going, know the water park was fine. My son had fun, we all enjoyed ourselves, but the hotel. That's a different story. There are no working bathrooms (that I or my family could find) outside of our hotel room. Inside our hotel room, there was only one roll of toilet paper. I know we're not expecting to use the whole thing, but generally there is more than one roll available. The bar at the hotel is laughable with only about three drinks available, and even though they claim to serve food, there was no food in sight.
