Quality Inn Dundee

The staff at this location has always been pleasant and accommodating. Michael the GM has been amazing and helpful with getting us booked every single time. The rooms have always been clean. We feel safe and comfortable at the location. Thank you to Michael and all the staff at this location for all you do to help make our stays pleasant.

Hotel did not appear clean and the room was not well stocked especially for the price, which was inflated because of the concert in town. Our room smelled like Chinese takeout and the carpets in the hallway were dirty. Staff was cordial, but when we checked in around 1:30 am after a concert, we had to call the hotel because no one came to the front desk when we rang the bell. There were not enough towels in our room for everyone based on the booking, and I didn’t feel comfortable taking my shoes off in the room because it did not appear clean. Breakfast was very limited with no fruit and very small cups for to go coffee. However, we ultimately didn’t eat the breakfast because we questioned the cleanliness given the room. Hotel worked as a last minute option but would not be a recommendatio

Hallway stunk of marijuana. No heat in room 108. Water took 5 minutes or so to get hot. Right on top of the highway so traffic is very loud. Room had someone else’s trash in garbage, used washcloths in the bathroom. Shower curtain had a blood stain. Doorframe in the bathroom was completely rusted and therefore unsanitary. Too expensive for what they are offering.

The hotel was a complete disaster. From our arrival until we departed in the morning. We didn't get the room we reserved because it was still dirty from the day before. The pool was filthy along with the room. No hot water in our room and the television was not working. The location looked like it was in a bad b class film.

First there were 3 of us staying each couple had there own room. Rooms were not clean, bathroom in 1 room had black stuff in it. Only thing going for our stay was beds were comfy. And Micheal at the desk was very nice and helpful. 2 of our T.V did not work he came and fixed them. Hall-ways looked like they hadn't been vacumed in weeks. Breakfast in A.M was a joke everything was empty. 6 of us and all we got was coffee worst continental breakfast ever. You need to address this facility.
