Spark by Hilton Seattle Airport

I had a long layover at SeaTac so I decided to walk over to Spark to see if they had a room available, which they did. Staff was super friendly. Room was spotless. Great experience. It was only about a 5 minute walk from the airport. Great for a layover hotel. Free shuttle in the morning took me back to the airport.

Renovated hotel, new Hilton rebranding. Enjoyed absolutely everything about my stay, even if it was just for a night before my flight. I'm surprised they even run a shuttle since it is literally just a few minute walk from the airport, next to a crosswalk and everything. I walked with my bags to the ticket counter and it was no problem at all.

Front desk person Amelia is very disrespectful, but bios prejudice against black people. Even with my ID and the credit card that I made an online reservation with she tried to tell me that I couldn’t check in because the names on both of my identification did not match, even though they matched exactly. as well as every credit card that I handed her so that I could check in and go to sleep. She obviously needs some sensitivity training to learn how to treat all of her customers properly without profiling and attempting to embarrass customers in front of a lobby full of people. Edit: As I said in my original review. My card and ID did match. Amelia just refused to use the card despite it being the card I paid for the reservation and have had on file for my Hilton honors account for many

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I called the hotel three separate times, starting 50 minutes before the shuttle’s final scheduled run, to ensure my son would be picked up from the airport. He was clearly visible—one of only three people standing in the designated pickup area—yet the shuttle drove right past him. Because he is traveling overseas, his phone does not work in the U.S., so he had no way to call or troubleshoot on-site. When I called back immediately, the customer service representative was unprofessional, dismissive, and outright rude. I was told they would not send the shuttle back—despite it being 11 minutes before their stated closing time. Eleven minutes. That was apparently too much to ask.
