Spark by Hilton Glendive

Absolutely love this hotel by Hilton..you get the same Hilton feel for a more affordable price. Love the soft yet firm bed and the shower is a plus, its bigger then your average size hotel shower with a detachable shower head which is rare for ANY hotel...breakfast is extremely basic, juice, coffee, hard boil eggs, muffins, cereal and bagels...literally thats it! Location was a plus for me as well.

We requested a mobility accessible room due to needing grab bar assist. The room was sufficiently sized, though I am hesitant to endorse it for an independent user of a powerchair. Turns might be a bit tight.|We encountered no difficulties.

Positive: Comfortable bed Negative: Tub drain was broken. Room Door was not hung properly and had to be forced open and closed. If you weren’t paying attention you wouldn’t realize it had not shut all the way.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Got scammed by the staff and they ran my card for thousands. They checked us into a room where the tv and toilet didn’t work. They sent an employee up to check the room and he could not fix either item so he moved us rooms. The room was in the exact condition when he checked us out of the original room as it was when got there. Then the employees then charged my card over $5,000 without even trying to contact or tell us, even though we were still there 3 more days. Once home and seeing the charge, we called several times and were finally told by an employee that they claimed we caused water damage. Said nothing they could do and the owners told them to run my card. Complete Complete scam. Can’t get any responses from owners. Now stuck getting @Hilton and local Health depa

I had a great stay here October 6th. The highlight was the front desk representative, she was exceptionally pleasant, professional, and welcoming both at check-in (just befpre midnight) and again in the morning. She set the tone for a positive experience and made us feel right at home. The hotel itself was good, but her outstanding service really stood out.
