Holiday Inn Express & Suites Glendive, an IHG Hotel

This hotel is and always will be my favorite holiday inn express, I can always depend on them to consistently provide an above average level of service and cleanliness. My favorite employee that I have encountered overall is Patrick, he is personable, professional, and present. He is very direct, no extra embellishments I have to decifer, with a refreshing customer first mindset- with is difficult to find anymore. Kudos to management at this property, you have got something really special and should be proud! Thank you for always making my stays enjoyable and giving me a reason to stop in Glendive!

We have four kids and often end up at an IHG b/c they have a 2 Q/sofa sleeper suite if we can't find a place where everyone can get beds. This one worked well for us. Had an additional sink outside the bathroom, which is always a huge plus, and the sofa sleeper was decent. Comfortable, clean stay.

We were warmly greeted, recognized as loyal patrons and given useful information. The room was just as we expected and worked for us beautifully. The room coffee was superior. Breakfast was a nice selection and everything very tasty. The surroundings of the hated were pleasant. The icing on the cake was having The Yellowstone Inn next door and walkable. Nice place for a great dinner and a drink after a long day’s drive.

When our large group arrived, our key cards were all ready and checking in was a breeze. Our rooms were all conveniently located near one another. There is a large common area with tables, great pool area and a smaller fitness center. The front desk attendant was very friendly. Spacious rooms.

The hotel was able to get us a room last minute that was pet friendly. The room was very clean, the breakfast had a nice variety and they made sure it was always stocked up during the morning. The customer service was impeccable and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!
