Riverside Inn

Right off the highway pets allowed plenty of space for your furry kids or the real kind lol they welcome you. It is a MOTEL not a hotel so please know the difference so you don’t expect a fancy best western inn it’s a place to sleep comfortably and very quiet. Thank you.

Positive: On the way from Belfield to Helena. Negative: Other guests held breakfast outside the room from their flatbed. No breakfast. When arriving & leaving had to use the desk phone to call for someone to check in/out. Shower hardly worked, spoke (via phone) to the clerk & told-oh thought that was fixed.

I'm baffled by some of these reviews. During my experience the receptionist was friendly, the room was good, the rate was great and everything felt safe. If people want to waste $179 on more glitz and glamour, go find a Holiday Inn Express. I was happy to find the Riverside Inn.

Great price, easy accommodation and access. Called 7hrs before getting to hotel and arrangements made easily and quickly.|In room fridge and microwave, coffee maker as well as wifi access.|Beds are big and comfortable and showers are perfect for taller than average people. Didn't have to crouch this morning to get lathered up.

Edit 2: I am changing my two star review to one because I discovered that there is no bolt lock and the chain lock on our door has been removed. I feel I came to a place like this with appropriate expectations. It's a 2- star hotel in the middle of nowhere. It started out well, which is why I gave it 2 stars, instead of 1. The guy who checked us in was polite and helpful. I asked if our room had the kitchenette we were expecting, and he said no but he agreed to switch our room assignment. I appreciated that. He couldn't find the room key, was confused about that, went to look for it for about 5 minutes and brought it back to me. We drove to the room. I took the key and opened the door about 6 inches only to find the TV on, beds unmade, and bags all over the beds. I didn't open further t
