The rooms are very clean except the bathtub was dirty but it seemed more stained. The front desk staff last night around 7:00 she was the sweetest ever! The only real complaint I have is that the water pressure was bad and we had zero hot water. I tried it at night and in the morning and it was at most lukewarm. Other than that great stay! You honestly get more than you paid for!

Positive: Staff was really caring Negative: I?m disabled and booked a room to accommodate my disability. When I got there the room was on the 2nd floor and the elevator was not working my entire stay. I had to crawl up the stairs on to get to my room. The A/C in the room was not working.

It’s a midscale property. You get what you pay for, which is supposed to be comparable to a Comfort Inn. However, upon arrival this evening, I found the night manager to be extremely helpful, and apologetic about the elevator. A key facet of any Hilton property is their app, and it allowed me to select a room on the first floor. I didn’t even know it had problems with the elevator. I wanted something that was cheap, but was backed up by a major brand, such as Hilton, and this property more than delivers, especially after 2 mediocre at best stays at a Courtyard and Residence Inn. It was a sight for sore eyes to see it after a 12 hour drive from Orlando, and proximity to JAN and major restaurants is a major plus. Less than $300 for 3 nights is unheard of nowadays, unless if you get some sort

We look at this property online because it seemed affordable and newly updated. Also, we were traveling with a hypoallergenic pet of 25 pounds, and the pet fee of $50 advertised both online and in the Hilton app seemed reasonable.||When we checked in at 11:30 PM, the front desk clerk advised us the fee was $75. When we asked her about it, and shared that both the app and the website show $50, she told us that Hilton needed to update the app.||When we checked out, the bill did in fact show a $75 charge. We contacted Hilton corporate who had to call twice. Both times the property refused to reduce the charge to the $50 advertised fee. To put it bluntly, they simply did not care about their false advertising.||This is an older property with a fresh coat of pant, so plan for paper thin floors

The night front desk clerk and her grandsons were very polite, friendly & helpful. I stayed here 15 February, 2026. Whoever cleans the rooms should find different employment. The room was not done on my arrival. The elevators we’re inoperable. Clean sheets & pillows were on the floor & the beds were unmade & disassembled. Somebody marked the room ready before it was clean. Somebody lied. The bathroom sink had all kinds of hair & water spots & stairs & stickyness & a dirty bar of soap - literal dirt on the soap where someone washed their hands. Used & dirty soap bar on the sink. Spots on the toilet seat. The bathroom floor was dirty. I had to clean hair off the bathroom sink & clean the bathroom sink & wipe down the toilet. Pillow case had stains on it - not to mention the fact that the pi
