Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Brandon Amphitheater

When we called to make the reservation Edward helped us. He was extremely friendly, attentive, and worked quickly to help us get everything set up including letting us know the distance between the hotel and the venue where we would be. Upon check-in Keisha helped us. She was full of smiles and seemed like she enjoyed her job! She got to send it out of check-in quickly. Told us where our room was pointed to wear some of the local places to eat were. The room was very clean. It had a blackout blind behind the regular blind which helped greatly. The only issue was we could hear the people in the room beside us. Yes, they were noisy. Other than the loud neighbors, it was a great stay.

Very nice motel, clean and smelled excellent. The shower was perfect. Also, it was a great price and with a convenient location. We will definitely stay here next time we come back.

I wish I could say that I had a good experience with this hotel location because the renovation looks amazing and the rooms were impeccably clean, but it is with regret that I make this report. My initial check in was smooth and staff were more than accommodating when it came to my specific issue. They were helpful in having me store my belongings until I could complete an errand that was both emotionally trying and physically taxing. However upon my second time arriving I was met with both indifference and judgment. After a remark from one of the male staff members at the front desk whose Name Escapes Me, I dealt with hostility and very pointed remarks with my questions regarding the area and my accommodations. I travel for work and this was BY FAR the best experience at a hotel ive ever had. I reserved the room via a 3rd party app. The clerk at the desk had my key ready within 3 minutes of walking in the door. The room was huge and exceptionally clean. Parking my box truck was no problem, for the lot has ample space. And all this for $104. Again, BY FAR the BEST hotel experience ive ever had!

Everything from location to service was exceptional. The staff was really courteous and the rooms were nice and newly renovated. I highly recommend this hotel! I will be coming back to stay here on my business trip!
