Rodeway Inn Brandon - Jackson East

My husband and I are traveling and got a flat tire in the middle of the night. We're traveling with our 2 cats, we can't exactly just sleep in the car until something opens. So, we stopped at this rodeway to see if we could get a room. NOPE! The lady was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! She told my husband only 1 cat per room, and it's a $25 fee per cat. Both of my cats are registered service animals. She told my husband, "I don't give a shit about no registration!" Absolutely 100/10 DO NOT recommend. Maybe try drug testing your night people, also.

Positive: Location Negative: There is NO pool!! Also the bathroom was dirty and the entire 2nd floor smelt like weed. Not fun to explain to children.

Got charged for our room after being told it would be cancelled. Ignored us when we tried to reach out about it. Reached out to Choice Hotels and apparently one of the managers told them that we did stay at the hotel and had no issues. So, they took our money and then lied. Terrible experience.

There is no elevator, pool, parking lot is in need of repair. They have no remote control for TV. The beds are very uncomfortable Towels are paper thin and extremely rough. There is only local television and it's one channel only. Day receptionist is rude. Drink machine is not stocked No breakfast. Dumpster is by front entrance and stinks. The air conditioner works great. I have no idea why anyone in their right mind would want to stay here other than the fact that the price is lower than surrounding motels but you get what you pay for. I will do everything I can to warn people about this place. It is mainly just a man camp for transient workers

Worst motel EVER! There is no pool, our reservation was given away, the shower leaked onto the floor. The toilet tank was busted and shower had to be cleaned before I could use it. There was a mattress in the hall. There was warm food in the room mini fridge that stank as well. We reserved two rooms for two nights and could not stay the second night because the rooms were so nasty. They refused to refund our money for the second night.
