Love Valerie, she’s very nice and friendly. Great staff who cleans the room everyday. Breakfast food is not bad, just there was no new items. Excellent location for the price. I have no complaints during my stay.

I booked this hotel for our family trip. It listed there was a pool so I went ahead and did a contactless check in. NO POOL. I was met at the front door by the check in employee who was going through the front door. She asked if i needed anything I walked to the hallway and asked her where the pool was. She said there used to be one there a long time ago but there wasn't one now. I told her we booked the hotel for the pool and that we would like to transfer our reservation to the OTHER Spark in town. We have stayed there multiple times and loved it. She said their computers don't work together so i needed to call customer service. I went to my car and sat on the phone with customer service who called her and got "everything squared away". Customer service told me that she said I would need

Rims aren't bad, quite good for the price point. You can see some wear but not much. The breakfast has a good variety of things, including hot foods like eggs and sausage. We checked in late at night. During the process, I asked about breakfast, and was put off "I'll tell you when I have the key" Took longer to say that than the hours for breakfast. Super minor annoyance, but it was the first impression.

This place was very clean and neat. The room, bed nice and comfortable. Refrigerator in room yes. But, no pool and hot tub as in the pictures. In the room, no coffee maker, no microwave, no ice bucket you have to ask for a bucket. The driveway in is a little confusing. A small hotel surrounded by bigger buildings. Not like the photos. On a busy interstate frontage road so it's not easy to get to nearby places. The "hot" breakfast was pathetic, warm biscuits with luke warm water and flower called "gravy "... ?????? I've stayed at a lot of places over the decades of traveling, this one I'd skip.

There was only one hotel staff on duty late at night. We waited at the front desk for check in for several minutes but once she arrived she was very friendly. Check in was seamless. Rooms were clean, nothing fancy or high end. Place seems clean and free breakfast was better than expected from the reviews. Its what you'd expect for the price of the rooms. Overall that would be my general consensus. For the price everything was great. I'd return when traveling through Amarillo.
