My Place Hotel-Amarillo, TX

Staff was so kind and hospitable and also provided great food recommendations. Very welcoming to our kitty and dog! There was a $40 pet fee (total, not per pet) which I felt was extremely reasonable compared to what I've faced before. I saw several other pets staying there including large dogs but the hotel was quiet and peaceful. The rooms were very clean, much better than anything we were expecting with a stovetop, microwave, and large fridge. Beds were comfy, air conditioner worked well, they provided dish soap and paper towels which was appreciated. The area felt safe, it is on what is reportedly the better side of town, and there were other hotels in the area making it well lit and secure feeling. We stayed one night and were extremely pleased. Room was very clean, plenty of towels, impressive stove top, full size refrigerator. Bed and pillows were so comfortable, felt very safe. Parking was great. Wonderful staff! Planning to stay here next year with family when we caravan to New Mexico. Great value in this hidden gem, just north of the Big Texan restaurant.

Highly recommend to stay here! The staff was very helpful with anything I needed! The room was very clean and well put together! Also like that it had a full kitchen! I've got 2 kids so makes it nice to be able to cook and all that ourselves! Not to mention a laundry facility! So I was very pleased!

Amazing hotel. Very clean. Rooms have a full size fridge, a microwave, a kitchen sink with garbage disposal and a stove top. The employees were super kind and the location was in a safe spot of town.
