Southland Motel

Wouldn't even give them one star if I had the choice. I stayed there for 2 nights and stayed in a room with no floors down, they pulled the dirty carpet out and left the dirty bare floor down. Then, when I came back the 3rd day to get a room they tried charging me $10 more because they put "new floors in" and then when I didn't have the extra $10 they gave me back 3 dollars less than what I paid them for the 3rd night. Very weird. Will never go back.

Dito to the other review. Roaches. Had to pay cash and be out by 10 am and they rushed you||The car would have been a great deal nicer and would have saved 45$. Someone was banging on my door at 3 in the morning to let him in. I did not feel safe at all.

THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN I'VE ALREADY MADE A REPORT TO CODE ENFORCEMENT ABOUT THIS HOTEL, THE WATER COMING FROM WALLS HEALTH HAZARD 1 TWO WINDOWS BLOCKED THATS A FIRE HAZARD 2 AND THE ROOM SMELLED HORRIBLE. THEN THE MOTEL MANAGER WAS RUDE AND I WAS TOLD THAT I COULDN'T GET MY DEPOSIT BACK IN FULL, ONLY 5 DOLLARS. THEY NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN , NEXT IM GOING TO THE NEWS STATION.

The is no wifi. They only offer clean towels and linens once a week. The rooms are small. The charged almost $60 for a third person, child or adult.

The room is small but nice with furniture. I would stay here again as the price was right for a room with A/C, TV and WiFi. Staff was very helpful, courteous and friendly.
