Southern Skies Lodge

This cabin is absolutely breathtaking! Located downtown Helen makes it very convenient for shopping, dinning and site seeing. Yet, nestled amongst beautiful trees and woods to instantly give you that tranquil feeling everyone is looking for when renting a Cabin in Helen, GA. The property is spacious enough to be able to accommodate multiple families along with two full size kitchens and entertainment areas. The rooms are comfortable and decorated very tastefully. The Cabin is spotless and well provided for, all you need is groceries to make your vacation absolutely perfect! I highly recommend this Cabin. I know my family and I will return as often as we are able to!

My family and I spent 4th of July weekend here at Southern Skies Lodge. And I must say out of all the places we searched to stay this one was the best hands down!! It is remote and quite from other people. So it gave us a sense of privacy. But just below the mountain is the town of Helen. This house was the perfect spot to stay and be able to enjoy Helen , GA without having to drive too far to any of the many things Helen offers. The house was the perfect size to fit my big family. It has 3 bathrooms , 2 Kitchens 2 living rooms, 2 balconies , a jacuzzi , and 5 bedrooms. There’s one room that has 2 sets of bunk beds with a trundle .. That fits at least 4 kids comfortably.The beds were beyond comfortable and the beds had Duvet’s!!!!! Not cheap hotel blankets but DUVET’S!!!!!! the kitchen was

We stayed at southern skies for Christmas and it was amazing, the house was clean, there was ample towels and supplies. We came to vista from Virginia and My family and I felt right at home. There was ample space for the adults and the kids room was awesome! We looked at many other air bnb’s in the area and southern skies won our vote and so glad we picked it, we were not disappointed! The separate upstairs and downstairs with 2 kitchens made Christmas dinner a breeze. When I come to Helen I will definitely be staying at southern skies.

Our time at Southern Skies Lodge was amazing! Super relaxing and felt right at home… fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious living areas and kids loved their private area down stairs. So close to downtown Helen! We can’t wait to be back… maybe we’ll try the Southern Skies Chalet next time if we come with a smaller group. Thank you Southern Skies Properties for making our stay so easy!!

Perfectly Designed for Families Southern Skies Lodge is nestled in the mountain right behind Main St. It is a five minute drive to absolutely everything in downtown Helen, GA. When we arrived, the house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and lit up. We quickly got into the Christmas spirit and turned on one of the two fireplaces. The amazing way the owner has set up the home is also very practical. Both the first and second floor are like it’s own individual houses with bedrooms, bathrooms, fireplaces, and fully stocked kitchens. Multiple families or large families can stay together and enjoy the breathtaking view from two balconies which have ample seating and a lovely hot tub. I don’t usually sleep well outside my home, but I slept so well the entire stay and so did my family.
