Son's Guadalupe

We were there this past weekend, Sept. 27-29, 2024, celebrating a birthday and had so much fun!! The grounds are kept really clean, as are the tents/beds we stayed in. When we arrived we were greeted by Olivia and I honestly can't say enough nice things about her. She went above and beyond by helping us when we got there, checking up on us throughout the stay and always having a cheerful disposition. There's no way I would ever stay anywhere else!! This will be my go-to from now on. Thank you again, Olivia, you made the stay even more pleasant!!

Exactly what I would expect for a glamping experience. Remember, this is not a hotel you are still camping, but the tents were spacious and the AC worked well. The location was great! We met the property manager Kat and she took very good care of us and the property. The bathrooms were exactly what you would expect from showers and toilets in a trailer But Kat did a very good job of trying to keep them clean. It was a very busy weekend over Labor Day, but everything seem to flow smoothly. This place is lucky to have Kat as its manager!

How annoying that we pay $300 to stay in a tent for 2 nights and and still have to pay $20 per person per ride for the shuttle to drive us 1 mile up the road and then come back to relax and have fun at your overpriced campsite to be told that you are being too loud and need to go into our tent. We didn't have music on nor were we talking loud and there was only 2 of us in our own cabana. All of our neighbors were great. They were having a good time listening to music and just being normal spending time together and they were also told they needed to shut everything down and go inside. I have stayed at Sons properties at least 10 times in the past couple of years and this was my first and last time going to this location.

We had the absolute BEST time at Son’s on the Guadalupe, and a huge part of that was thanks to Kat! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome, cared for, and like we were long-time friends. Her energy is infectious, and her attention to detail made our entire experience seamless and stress-free. Kat went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed — whether it was helping us get settled, offering local tips, or just sharing her great vibe along the river. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it completely elevated our trip. If you’re thinking about visiting Son’s on the Guadalupe, do yourself a favor and connect with Kat. She’s the kind of person who turns a good day into a great memory. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Kat! 💛

The bathrooms were disgusting. Looked like the hasn't been cleaned in ages. They should really turn the AC on in the tents a couple hours before you arrive. It took a good 5 hours before the tent was cool enough to be inside of it. The cabanas , the area, the vibe is all good.
