Sonoma Lodge

This place was amazing for its price! My husband and I stayed one night and the room was clean, smelled clean, beds comfortable and tv worked! I’ve stayed at other hotels with similar prices and this was a 5 star hotel compared to others! The front desk woman was so sweet and helpful! Seriously if you are in the area and need a place to stay come stay here!!! Also my husband is in a wheelchair and yes he was able to get in the room. She even let us view the room first to ensure he could get in the doorway. Thank you kindly for such an amazing stay!

Awful experience! The morning of my stay I got a call from the woman at the front desk. She claimed the room that I reserved was no longer available and was I willing to take a single bed instead. I reluctantly accepted being that I was leaving in just a couple hours to make the 3 hour drive to bend. Five minutes later, she called back and said never mind we have your original room it’s fine. This made me nervous, but what could I do? Hotels were sold out all over town. I arrived a couple of hours before the event I was to attend and when I got there she told me I cancelled and said there were no more rooms available. Liar! Instead of getting ready for my concert, I spent the next few hours looking for a place to stay. The woman was rude and unapologetic about her mistake or should I say i

Customer service was not great in the morning before checkout. Staff repeatedly tried to open the door even after I said I wasn’t ready, which felt impatient and uncomfortable. The room smelled like smoke, and there was a bucket under the cabinet to catch water from a leak. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

When I first got here the lady was very rude. The room we got was gross. It smelt so strong of bleach. The floor was dirty, the mirror wasn't even actually hung on the wall, it was sitting on 2 screws and ended up falling off the wall, the fridge and freezer smelled and were dirty. There's also no screen on the window and the blinds didn't have any way to open them. Overall I wouldn't recommend staying here. Not impressed what so ever.

The room was very clean and the lady at the front desk nice and helpful. The office smells like some Indian curry cooking, one of my favorite smells. It's not fancy, but very clean and affordable. We really appreciate that.
