Sonesta White Plains Downtown

I had a great overnight stay here while in town for a family event. I had a room with a king size bed, which was incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. Service at the front desk was quick and courteous. Parking was very simple and the discounted rate for hotel guests was a nice bonus. There is a pool and a gym, as well as a business center, but I didn't get a chance to check those out. The hotel is also pet friendly! I would definitely stay here again!

Tremendous facility, but what really makes the stay are the people. I frequent the SONESTA and Carlos and Melvin treat me like family. Spending as much time on the road as many of us do, it’s nice to meet people who serve you like family and help bring some warmth to the traveling professionals. Thank you Carlos and Melvin for making me feel like I’m at home!

Positive: I?ve been staying at the hotel once or twice a year since 2021. I?ve never had a bad experience. The staff has always been wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Negative: I have a small request. Please add French Onion soup to the dinner menu.

The sales manager(s) were attentive, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire planning process. Every question was answered with clarity, and every detail was handled with professionalism and care. Upon checking into our room, we were warmly welcomed with a thoughtful card and a beautifully arranged dessert charcuterie board — a small touch that spoke volumes about the level of hospitality we would experience. Absolutely loved my experience staying at the Sonesta! The hotel and amenities were lovely. They had a focus on positivity with community coloring areas, puzzles, and great decor. Their staff stood out in particular with their service. Melvin was absolutely a delight and very kind in serving us breakfast! She made this stay so much better with her attentiveness and kindness. Overall, highly recommend the Sonesta!
