Hyatt House White Plains

I had a really great stay at Hyatt House White Plains. The rooms are big, very clean, and feel more like a comfortable apartment than a typical hotel room. Everything was spotless and well maintained. What really stood out was the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was genuinely friendly and welcoming. The front desk team made sure we had everything we needed and were always ready to help with a smile. You can tell they care about their guests. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the White Plains area.

We stay at this hotel once per year for a show at the Capitol Theater. We love the suites, which are so comfy for hanging out before the show and are thoughtfully stocked with everything we need. The room is clean and the beds are so comfortable. We will be back!

We used Hyatt House White Plains for our wedding hotel block and had a bit of a mixed experience, though the stay itself was fantastic. The on-site staff were absolutely amazing—everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping team was so welcoming and helpful to our guests. The rooms were great (spacious, clean, and comfortable), and the hotel bar was a huge hit! It was the perfect spot for our guests to hang out and grab a drink between events. The only downside was the planning phase. We found the coordinator difficult to contact, which made setting up the block and getting updates a bit more stressful than it needed to be. Wow! I thought service was dead until I walked into Hyatt House and met Dasia. She was amazing and even upgraded our room. The next day we met Cash and she was very hospitable, too. The breakfasts were delicious, equal to any brunch restaurant. We were in town from GA for my son’s grad school auditions and if he chooses the school near White Plains, I will stay at Hyatt House every visit. Thanks for making our visit so comfy!
