I arrived later than anticipated and was so happy to be greeted by Tammy-Kay! She is such a delightful woman, kind, & exceptionally helpful. She explained everything to me as I was unsure of where my room was and ensured I had a convenient ground floor room to make it easier for me with my healing broken foot. There was someone with heavy feet in the room above me but I was honestly so tired at night I fell right to sleep. The room was the perfect layout with a mini kitchen space, stove, & full sized fridge. The bathroom was also handicap equipped. Water pressure was good & room temperature was perfect. There is also a small closet with iron, ironing board, & a hair dryer. There was a desk with a chair next to the bed and a chair with a coffee table on the other side of the room to relax i

Brian the property manager I brought five extremely important relevant things to him. He could care less. If you like dozens of people partying in the parking lot all hours, with loud music coming from their cars drinking beer and smoking marijuana then this place is for you. Or if you prefer watching somebody replacing an axle on their car in the parking lot until the wee hours, this is also for you.||If not, I advise staying next-door at the La Quinta.||||I’ll never stay here again.

I checked in late and they announce the AC compressor is out in that room after a 92 degree day in the desert. It was a stagnant 84 degrees in the room. They could have aired it out as temperatures dropped in the evening to help up out. We sweltered through the night and got little sleep. Who should ever have to put up with that or for that matter pay for it. No accommodation offered. Avoid this place. Pathetic.

Positive: location Negative: room smelled musty or smoky. room close to bathrooms and utility closet, so lots of slamming of doors. employees cleaning did notseem to take into consideration guest rooms and let doors slam as going in and out of room while cleaning

We were traveling with family for appointments at the Mayo Clinic so it was a stressful trip. On arrival we were given a room that didn't match the description on our emailed reservation. Apparently the third party, Algotels, did not accurately describe the room we thought we were booking. The desk clerk tried to help us by providing a different room that met our needs but we would have to move back to a smaller room on the sixth night of our stay since they had the double bedroom booked for the weekend. As if that wasn't enough during our stressful visit, we opened the door to the suite and the pee smell almost knocked us down. It is a dog friendly hotel but there was nothing friendly about the stains and smell in the bedrooms. I reported the problem but I do not believe anything was done
