Positive: Rooms are clean and comfortable, no complaints or problems. Even the shower was excellent. Negative: No service at the lobby, No coffee in the morning or breakfast - not even a donut or COFFEE! That is pretty unsettling when you are required to check in after 4:30pm and leave by 11:00am. We were there for a Bonsai convention and worked the entire wkend.

Decent hotel. Clean. No breakfast but Not all hotels in the area offer it. Good tv. No blocked stations access to Pluto TV for free and no need to bring a fire stick all t.V.S are preset with amazon prime and netflix. Internet works good no blocking either. Italian pizza shop , chinese food deli and applebee's within few seconds walk. Right accross the street.

I stay at this hotel quite frequently, but this visit was a very disappointing experience. The front desk agent who checked me in appeared to be intoxicated, there was a strong smell of alcohol and he was unable to communicate clearly in English, so I could not understand the check-in process or the information he was trying to provide. It also feels like the property may be under new management, as the overall condition and service standards have declined significantly. The hotel now seems run-down compared to my previous stays. This was a very unpleasant experience and not what I have come to expect from this property.

Horrible experience here. First, we had called multiple times to make sure that we were able to check in early. We were told multiple times that we would be able to check in early. We get there at the time we told them we would and they said that the rooms were not ready. Finally, we get into our rooms and they were DISGUSTING. It smelled like dirty feet and everything felt damp. In addition to that, we were charged $46 dollars in the middle of the night. When we asked what the charge was for, no one could tell us. They still have not refunded the $46 AND they kept our deposit. Avoid this hotel at all costs, because other people have mentioned that they got random charges as well which leads me to believe they are charging small amounts hoping people don't notice.

This “hotel” deserves a total of ZERO stars. Horrific room conditions, mildew smell. No housekeeping , as they only show up when and if someone books a room. The hotel owner, “Neil” is as an obnoxious, aggressive & rude person that shouldn’t be in the hospitality business. The staff must be possessed to be working under his management as he’s micromanaging everything in the backend. Save your $68 and pay double the price to check in to a hotel that deserves your business. Stay far away. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.
