Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Tinton Falls

The room was good. We had a few spiders and flies, but it was fine. They are doing construction so it’s in a little disarray. Bathroom needs to be remodeled. Plaster is cracking, shower head has water damage and the walls also have water damage. Dishes were greasy, had to rewash all of them. Heat worked great. All and all it wasn’t a bad experience.

Overall was a well experience. The room was a large size, perfect for our family with needing to build a pack ‘n play. The rooms could have been cleaned a bit better but it was nothing we couldn’t live with. Free breakfast in the morning with a small but fair selection. We would book this place again in the future.

Before I came to the hotel, I pre-checked in online and submitted all of my information, including my driver’s license, car information, and contact details. However, when I arrived, I was asked to repeat the entire process again, which made the online check-in pointless and frustrating.||||The first room I was given was extremely dirty. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. When I tried to use the microwave, it didn’t work until I picked it up and moved it to the floor to try another outlet, which confirmed the entire wall outlet was dead. The toilet didn’t work at all either, wouldn’t flush, and kept running continuously. Then I saw cockroaches crawling across the floor. I caught one in a cup, brought it to the front desk, and requested a refund or a new room.||||The

Positive: Location, pool, kitchenette. Negative: The spicket in the shower wasn't even attached to the wall, writing on wall from previous tenant, just little things like patches on wall where a hole was. Otherwise clean and quiet.

My family stayed here on 8-21-25 I felt the price was more than fair and it was a great value! Room was clean, hotel staff was warm and welcoming, small buffet style breakfast was a nice bonus. Even took my son for a quick dip in the pool. Although I have to give some constructive criticism Bed was a little too firm for my liking and hotel is showing some signs of age. However it’s obvious that someone cares about this place. Maintenance guys, landscapers and cleaning staff were buzzing all around taking care of everything. Overall they did a great job!! Would I stay again with my family? Absolutely! Would I recommend to a friend? Absolutely!
