Sonesta Hotel Baltimore Inner Harbor

Here to celebrate my Valentine Birthday with a quick get away. Pleasant, friendly front desk staff who got me checked in quickly once the pre Valentines day crowd moved through. Where to park is confusing when you pull up, so I quickly sped over to the public parking lot across the street (cost me $28). The next day, I "ordered" parking at "ipark.org" and paid $20. The hotel is clean & well-maintained. Lovely, nice hot, high pressure shower complete with "in shower" toiletries (the conditioner was super creamy & made my hair so soft). The hotel is centrally located, so I easily walked everywhere I wanted to go (The Aquarium At Night, restaurants) or took the FREE public transportation bus called "Charmcity " to The Museum of Art. Positive: Room size, cleanliness, comfort Negative: There was noise (people talking, opening / closing doors) at all hours during the night!! Nonstop. We were unable to get a restful night of sleep. Moreover, we were not permitted to take advantage of a late checkout.

I parked in the hotel's parking garage and left for my first event.  I returned just after 9pm and the doors to the garage were closed so I had to park in a different garage. After checking out the garage charged me $74.  This is in addition to the initial $25 from the original garage.  So parking for the weekend was $99 and it was not very convenient.The service and the room were fine.  I especially liked the shower quality.

This is definitely about to be my favorite hotel downtown. My birthday was this past Sunday. And I needed to find something close to my job. Definitely good location, I stayed here before and the room I was given wasn’t so great. But my second time staying here was wonderful room and the service of the front desk was perfect and professional. I’ll definitely BE BACK!

Wonderful experience. I was in town to take care of a family member, and I received excellent service. After booking at the last minute, I was able to check in and out late without any trouble. The room was clean and comfortable. It made my trip that much easier. Thank you!
