Sonesta ES Suites Cincinnati - Sharonville West

I love the room set up as a studio apartment, it was spacious and I was able to cook. The couch was stained, I put a sheet over it, that solved that issue. My 1st room had a digital door lock, that didn’t work, an employee assisted me with figuring it out, once figured out, I got settled in, then another couple was able to open my door, thank God I had the security latch on. The couple was nice and apologized, although it was their fault. I felt unsafe, moved to another room, same set up, couch still stained, put a sheet over it, all is well. Comes check out time, I spoke with employee who assisted me with digital door lock, she basically blamed the incident on me, says I have to pull door handle up to make sure it’s locked once inside 👀, no accountability taken from her nor the company at

A friend had stayed with Sonesta in Cincinnati and told us it was a nice place. There are two locations: one in Blue Ash and one in Sharonville. We stayed in the Sharonville location. First of all, it's on a dead end road steps from I-295. The first room we were given was in the back of one of the buildings - who does that? We had to walk behind the building and around a stairwell to get into our room. Creepy! I did it once after dark and it freaked me out. |We were told they were suites; they were not. It was one big room with an OLD DIRTY couch on one end and the bed on the other. There was a kitchenette and a lockable shower and toilet, but the vanity was in the room with a wall between it and the main room. Extended stay here for three weeks and loved it. Never felt bored or uncomfortable. Staff became familiar and friendly. Appreciated the weekly housekeeping service. Kitchen made long term stay much easier. Laundry facilities on site were convenient. Felt like an apartment. Perfect setup for relocating or long business trips. Highly satisfied.

The rooms are much bigger than regular places. We had a sofa and dining table which was nice for eating together. My kids loved having their own space to play. The staff remembered our names which made us feel welcome. Breakfast options were good with plenty of choices.

Great value compared to other places nearby. Got more space for less money. Free breakfast saved us cash every morning. Kitchen helped avoid expensive restaurant bills. Parking included at no extra charge. Internet was free and fast. Quality matched the reasonable price. Smart choice for budget conscious travelers looking for comfort.
