Sonesta ES Suites Atlanta - Perimeter Center North

The place deserves NO stars. The worse service. Ended up no staying there. 1. The signs outside did not say Sonesta. 2. Upon arrival there was no one present at the front desk. I arrived around 8pm. 3. The phone number listed appears to be not in service. 4. Found a number for Sonesta reservations line. Spent 20 minutes on the phone with the rep who tried to contact the property. Apparently, they don't have an accurate number for them either. 5. I ended having to hurry to find a new room before picking up the kids I had with me. It was not easy since it is Valentine's Day weekend and Cheersport competition weekend. 6. There was another guest attempting to check-in as well. He had actually arrived for the first time around 7pm and no one was there at that time. He came back during the time

This is long, but please read. I am detailed. ||||If there was a zero star option, I would have put it. DO NOT book this hotel! We stayed their two weeks ago. It was a two bedroom suite with a small kitchen. This is a very outdated hotel, which I could handle if the room was clean. ||||The stove had stains on it, the cups had smudges like someone did not clean them. On top of that, when we went to wash the dishes, the dish soap was watered down to make it look refilled.|||| There were cigarette burns in the pillows, drapes and the side of one of the beds. How long has it been since smoking was allowed in any enclosed space? My Mom said her bed was comfortable, but I had springs sticking into my back. The bathroom counters had red stains on them. ||||The front desk people were not friendly

I booked the hotel last year and they did not have any of the amenities that were advertised that influenced me to choose this hotel over comparable hotels nearby. They don't even have a laundry room. I was told to go to the nearby laundromat. They didn't have the continental breakfast that they had advertised. I wouldn't go as far as to say the place is a dump because the room itself is very nice. I love the room. And I love that it has a refrigerator and was very affordable. But they did not tell the truth about the available service.

Positive: Not satisfied with our stay. Negative: When we checked in, they cannot give room keys and we had to call to get our room opened. Throughout our stay WiFi not working. Free breakfast was awful. Almost no more food when we went for 2 days. Cleaning is only once a week and we only stayed 3 days.

THIS IS NO LONGER A SONESTA! It is an apartment complex no longer associated with Sonesta, but Sonesta will not take this listing down. BUT THIS IS NOT A HOTEL OR EXTENDED STAY
