Solita Soho Hotel

Overall it was really a comfortable stay. We were checked in by Devonte who was really friendly and provided a warm feeling to us after travelling long hours from another part of the 🌎. The rooms are clean except occasionally the room service doesnt clean the table area. The waste bin was full over night and we expected the room service would throw them the next day. However when we return, our beds and bathroom, table top were cleaned but the waste bin was not emptied. We didnt called since we were tired and just want to shower and sleep. Thankfully the next day when we returned, it was emptied. The shower has hot water but the water jet out too strong... not a major issue though. We were also happy to checkout with Devonte too.

I really love this hotel. Its in an amazing location near all the things you want to do in Soho, Little Italy, etc as well near to convenient train lines that will get you wherever you want to go throughout the city. The rooms are small (it's New York, so that is to be expected) but very clean and the views are great. And of course, the price point is very welcome when NY hotels can be prohibitively expensive. Most of all, the staff is very friendly and they are aware at all times of who is coming and going which I like when I travel as a safety measure. Special shout out to: Judy, Roman and Roger, 3 of the great, caring people that work there.

Location is awesome—heart of SoHo on Grand St, steps from trendy shops, Little Italy eats, Chinatown vibes, and easy subway access (Canal St nearby). Perfect for exploring Lower Manhattan without the Midtown rush. Rooms were a standout: clean, stylish, comfy beds, modern bathroom with great shower pressure, and nice city views from higher floors. Felt boutique and cozy—spacious for NYC. Service was strong—friendly, helpful staff at check-in and throughout, quick responses. Great boutique value in a vibrant area—would definitely stay again! 4 stars.

Overall I had a good stay at this hotel. It's in a great location, offering easy access to the subway and a wide variety of food options. The staff were nice and helpful throughout the stay. I appreciated the flexible late checkout policy, which allowed us to extend our time hourly up til 3 pm. Although the room was clean and comes with some essential amenities, such as shampoo, bodywash, and hairdryer, some towels had visible stains. Although they may have been sanitized, the visual concern about cleanliness should be addressed. The room overall is very small, which made organizing very difficult. The beds were as hard as a rock to sleep on. The hotel also can use another elevator.

Best hotel for price, location, and service. Right in the middle of everything and easy access to everything you could want in NYC. The service is superb, namely the operation manager Keith who will be the reason me, my friends, and family will be coming here again. The rooms could be seen as a little small but they have everything you need, and if you’re spending enough time in your hotel room in NYC to care, what are you doing. Highly recommend Keith O the GOAT.
