Best Resort on the Island! Secluded, and it feels very private and upscale. When you arrive, you'll immediately start to relax. You'll want to stay for multiple days. Clean, clean, clean. You don't feel like anyone has been here before. The property and living area look and feel brand new. Waterfront cabins are spacious, and well kept. Gas fireplace, with plenty of places to rest and sit. Large refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher sink, everything you have at home. There is even an outdoor grill for BBQ. Very Quiet, and relaxing. Amazing views right on the water. I was there on a very blustery day, and the weather was calm at Mitchell Bay. They have a small coffee bar that opens at 8am. Make sure you check out the delicious cinnamon rolls. You'll never turn the TV on as you are going to

The website looked beautiful and I admit I was prepared for disappointment. But it is just as gorgeous in person as it is online. Maybe even better. The cabin was cozy and comfortable. Check in easy and quick. Everyone we encountered was delightful. Could not have been happier - will definitely return. Views were exceptional.

Had a fantastic experience celebrating a milestone wedding anniversary at Snug Harbor. The cabin is well-appointed with a full kitchen, real coffee pot (not pods), gas BBQ grill outside, and cozy fireplace inside. The weather was too blustery to get out on the water in kayaks, but we enjoyed views of the marina and wildlife, and hiking around nearby Lime Kiln Park. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. This was our first visit to Snug Harbor, but we will most definitely be back!

Snug Harbor Resort was beyond exceptional. We stayed in a cabin along the waterfront facing the marina. The accommodation was great! Having a small store, coffee shop, kayaks, paddle boards, canoe and bikes available to guests were greatly appreciated. On the afternoon we arrived, it was so beautiful we didn't want to leave so bought a frozen pizza to bake in our cabin and eat on our patio. The setting was serene and quiet. Having a real fire on our last night was a real treat. We would highly recommend a stay here when visiting San Juan Island.

We loved our stay at Snug Harbor Resort overlooking beautiful Mitchell Bay. The cabins were the nicest I've ever been in -- nicely appointed, clean, comfortable, good beds, homey, each with a great view. Great location and grounds. I didn't miss staying in town since the island was easy to navigate and nothing was far away. Fun kayaking, too.
