Slow Play RV Park

Great stay! We visited in the off-season (end of Feb/early March), where the downtown streets were quiet, the campground was quiet and they still had some snow tubing available nearby. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the sites were clean and easy to get in and out, with a larger rig. Highly recommend! I can’t speak for other Rv parks but all of the others that we passed looked tough to get in and out.

This is a great RV Park! We were escorted to our site by the friendly and helpful staff. Our site was roomy with our 5th wheel and truck. Plenty of room to spread out chairs and relax with beautiful views. The grounds are very well maintained. The staff was warm and welcoming, especially Cassidy and Donna. They worked very well together, with laughter and professionalism. The location is perfect to get around town and see the sights. |Thanks Slow Play RV Park for an excellent experience!

This is a campground that is well kept! It is situated in Sierra Blanca Mountains. Sites are level with full hookups. There is a well maintained lounge, shower room and laundry room. There is a pavilion for events. Donna met our accommodations without hesitation. Joe assisted us to our site. Very warm and welcoming personalities! We only stayed one night, but will come back to be able to visit their town and utilize its services! Highly recommended!

We’ve been coming to Slow Play for about three years now the only RV park in Ruidoso we come to there’s plenty of room for our camper. We pull a fifth wheel. The people are friendly and extremely helpful and trust me as new camp we’ve needed a lot of help and they’re always there to help always happy to see us, the campground is always clean and we will continue coming back

After a few vehicle mishaps along the way, this turned out to be an awesome trip! Ms. Donna, Mr Joe and Mr Ron were beyond amazing! Even with multiple breakdowns and trailer leaking like a faucet, they helped us connect with an equally amazing group of campers that helped us restore water and power during the trip. It was great to come to a place where everyone made you feel welcomed and like you were family. I can’t imagine staying anyplace else in Ruidoso. The entertainment was phenomenal. The young lady who sang on Saturday had the voice of an angel. We thank you with all our hearts for your kindness, help, and friendship. I look forward to our next trip back to Slow Play.
