Hampton Inn & Suites Ruidoso Downs

Family of 4 adults relocating from AZ to NH, traveling with pets. Fantastic location on our route in mountains. I love Hilton for its quality/value, cleanliness, amenities and this one is included. Best feature: quiet, well-insulated rooms for pet owners. Jacob, the front desk staff was personable, professional and capable. 5 stars for Jacob! We travel across the country at least once a year and Hampton Inn is our preference every time.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The tub was dirty, and the comforter smelled and had a large URINE stains. This is completely unacceptable, and I will never stay at or recommend a Hampton hotel again.

Had a great experience while I visited Ruidoso . The room was super clean , smelled good and always had clean sheets , soft comfortable pillows . The shampoo and conditioner was a plus and smelled so good , lotion was amazing . Breakfast was always hot and had a variety , try the biscuits and gravy , baby waffles and the small omelets with cheddar cheese were delicious .Over all I give them a 10 , staff was also so helpful and smiled at us and always were so kind . Thank you for a great experience .

Front office personnel not at the front desk for check-in. Waited a while for someone to show up. Rooms did not smell fresh, instead they were muggy, and pillows had sweat odor. Location is great.
