Days Inn by Wyndham Ruidoso Downs

Good service. On the 70 so a bit noisy, but the room was spacious. Leaky and partially broken showerhead though. Room smelled extremely strongly of cleaning products and/or fragrances, it took hours to air out. Otherwise the room was in good condition. Yes there is an indoor pool and hot tub, but it is in quite a state of disrepair. First off the door is kept locked and my card wouldn't open it. The manager had to come open it and keep the door open with a traffic cone. Large swathes of paint ballooning and peeling on the walls and ceiling. Not very comforting. When I visited February 10th it was rather cold outdoors yet 3 large windows were left open to air out the pool room. It is not a heated pool from what I can tell. This location clearly would benefit from some repairs and

Gross. Stay Elsewhere! My friend and I got a double queen room after a long day’s travel and anticipating an early departure. We had to wipe down the bathroom with disinfectant wipes. After showering and dressing for bed, I threw back the sheets on my bed only to find a big stain from sexual activity—and bloody at that. G R O S S

The room was spacious, we stayed in the king suite. The bed was just ok on comfort. The room looked clean but the floor was dirty. I should've gotten pictures but didn't. The shower head was broken, took the tub forever to drain(Rm 125). The drain in the sink did have a smell. No "Do Not Disturb" sign and the office couldn't find a sign either! So there's that. The breakfast is just ok if you like waffles. The pool was ok but the hot tub was freezing 🥶 which did suck because we were hoping to use the hot tub during our stay. The parking lot was a little crowded probably because there's a restaurant right there, which is convenient but like I said a crowded area. Overall I feel like the rooms should be more of a $40/$60 a night room. The lady at the desk was always friendly.

Positive: Nothing. The room was rated as highly as La Quinta across the street, and it came no where close to the quality for the price Negative: Everything, the worst room we have ever experienced in 65 years. It appears we were set up in a handicapped accessible, and it smelled and appeared like a room used for hospice.

Love the size of rooms really clean it has all the amenities love the king suit that’s what we got love the inside pool my 2 year old love being in the hot tub stayed for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day 👍👍💕💕💕
