Customer Reviews
Open all year. 30 spaces. Water. Showers. Flush Toilets. Dump station. Quiet location. Our host was amazing, responsive and very accommodating. If you are looking for an inexpensive campground just out side Capital Reef National Park and about an hour to Goblin State Park, this is it. We travel 6 months out of every year and this is most definitely one campground I would stay at if ever back in this area. Thank you for a stress free stay.
This is a campground in the rough. At 35.00 a site for electric. It is very close to Capitol Reef national Park. It had fantastic Wi-Fi in the bathrooms were immaculate. There was however no cell service. It is a cash-only establishment
The campground is poorly maintained with weeds and old construction material everywhere. The bath house is adequate but unsanitary and also poorly maintained. The cost was ridiculous for what the campground provided.
Absolutely loved our stay. Important to note: There is NO CELL SERVICE here or anywhere inside or near Capitol Reef National Park. Know where you’re going ahead of time because it is completely off the grid out there haha. Our route from Provo took us all the way through Capitol Reef and spit us out right at the campground. It’s very close! When you arrive, you can use the phone on the deck to call the hosts. They will come check you in. It is CASH ONLY! Make sure you grab cash before arriving. They also share the WiFi so you’re not entirely without service after checking in. We stayed in an RV site, two adults and two dogs. Nice grounds. Plenty of shade and space. There are also tent sites that look nicely separated. The entire camp is electric only and they have a dump station and wat
Clean facilities, bathrooms, and showers. Campground well taken care of, host was very accommodating. About 20 minutes from the Capitol Reef park entrance, great to base out of! Even though it’s near the road, it’s very quiet and well maintained.
