Skyview Hotel

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. My husband’s birthday was during our stay and the kind staff arranged to have a cake and a birthday card waiting for us after a day of exploring Capitol Reef. As others have said, the extra touches like the complimentary snacks, drinks, and s’mores kit were such a nice treat. The private hot tub rooms are a must! I will absolutely stay here again and I believe it is well priced for such a luxurious stay.

Skyview Hotel was conveniently located near Capitol Reef National Park. Loved the atmosphere of the hotel! All the hotel rooms are amazing! There was so much room in the king room, there were snacks and drinks available in the room upon arrival, and wonderful coffee. There is also a fire pit with s’more kits for the evening. Each room had a private patio with a fantastic view of the mountains. Probably my favorite area at the hotel was the stargazing deck. I’ve never seen so many stars! The staff were so courteous and saw to our every need. The only problem I found was that we did not plan to stay an extra night.

Great hotel! This was a lucky one night stopover for us. Had I known how awesome it was, it would have been a destination. Just minutes from Capitol Reef, the rooms are very nice and comfortable. The best bed we had in several days of traveling. Lots of towels, all the snacks and water were complimentary and a very nice private hot tub with an amazing view. We stared at the Milky Way watching shooting stars from the hot tub! Treated to delicious French press coffee in the room before heading out refreshed early the next morning.

Experienced a truly wonderful stay at Skyview! We were a bit worried about walking to our private bathroom especially at night in the cold, but it's not bad at all. They give you robes to wrap up in and a lantern and you walk into a nice sized heated bathroom complete with awesome smelling hygiene products! The bathroom and dome we stayed in were very clean - you can tell the staff takes great pride in the property. The smore's kits were a really nice nightly treat and so fancy!!! The dome itself (we had one with a bunk bed in it in addition to a queen bed) was nicely appointed. It had a nice heating system (we stayed in mid-Oct) and an extra portable heater in case you needed it. Nice counter space and fridge space - the snacks they replenish are a nice treat as well.
