It was hard to shut to the door to the room. You had to slam it shut or pull it shut really hard or it didn’t close. The toilet seat had to be fixed. The drawer to the dress wouldn’t stay closed, the coffee pot lid and the phone were broken. The shower was also broken, if you wanted a bath you couldn’t take one. Oh and the card swipe on the outside back door broke. Other then these small things, the customer service was good. The room was really clean and well kept just looked a little worn and breakfast was good and tasty. The hotel has some great potential it just needs some up keep and maintenance.

I wasn’t going to leave a review because I normally only speak for myself. But after walking out to my car and overhearing another guest with the exact same complaints, it’s clear this isn’t just my experience — it’s a pattern. This place is completely misrepresented online. I booked through a third party to save money for one night, but this wasn’t a “budget” situation — this was flat-out neglect. The property is run down and poorly maintained. The carpet is filthy with visible stains throughout. There are holes in the walls, missing paint, and a strong odor that hits you immediately. It’s obvious regular maintenance is not a priority here. You can tell by simply walking the hallways that upkeep is not happening. This place had many items that need to be maintained/fixed. To name a few-AC wasn't working properly, the staff member at the front desk said my room number out loud causing a security issue since there were many people in that area, no hair dryer, the water fountains didn't work, the ice machine didn't work, peeling wall paper and paint throughout the hotel, a few holes in the wall in our room,. We stayed in a sleep inn on the way to our trip in another city and it was wonderful and this one was nasty and not well maintained at all.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Marked me as a no show after I DID try to check in. My name had an asterisk sign and their system turned the letter into a question mark. I had 2 crying babies at midnight just needing a place to stay. They still CHARGED MY CARD AFTER TURNING ME AWAY. That’s complete theft. I will NEVER stay at a sleep in. Management here sucks, and it doesn’t smell good and they ruined my night.

Stayed here with my family since it was decent. Rooms need better cleaning and staff can be friendlier for better service. The top cover on both beds had stains, remote barely worked, and windows were dirty. Breakfast has good selection but waffles come out burnt everytime (it wasn’t just me), and they will not refill breakfast. I was there almost two hours before ending time and it was not filled.
