Sleep Inn & Suites Fargo Medical Center

The hotel was nice, clean and value for money. The location was good as well. The staff was awesome from the reception to housekeeping. The staff at breakfast dining was phenomenal, their attention to detail and customers' needs is truly beyond what ive seen or experenced. i appreciate small things innthis hotel like plastic covered cups and well-lit and snow plowed parking lot.

Both times the price was dair. But Our first stay was fine. Everything was in working order. Our second stay was plagued with problems. We had no wifi for our entire 2 day stay at all. Our fridge was super wonky and wouldn't stay level as it was missing a peg. The ice machine on our floor was broken. So we had to go to a different floor. The thermostat was on the wall, and even though I put it down 68 and opened a window, it would cool it off as it was spring down to 70. But persisted to get back up to 80 degrees throughout the day and night! All in all, our first stay was fine. The second was uncomfortable in many ways. We were only there to be close to the hospital. It is in a great spot for procedures and appointments. May try LA Quinta next time.

The room was clean, the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was ready at 5:50am which I appreciated because I had to leave for work early in the morning. An overall good motel. The parking lot was a bit icy watch your step.

Respond to my original disappointment to your disgraceful property : Absolutely disgusting. This place should be embarrassed to call itself a hotel. To make matters worse, we arrived after an exhausting 8-hour drive, only to be told that the room we had confirmed and booked MONTHS in advance was given away because they were “overbooked.” No warning. No call. No email. Just shrugged shoulders and excuses after we’d already traveled all day. That alone tells you how poorly this place is run. From the moment you walk in, it feels grimy and neglected  like cleaning is more of a suggestion than a requirement. The room we were eventually dealt with had a stale, musty smell that no amount of air freshener could hide, and the carpets looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in years. Everyth

No clean or dry towels ready for a whole 24 hours, absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable when people come from far places for stressful medical trips, the least the hotel could do was make sure there are clean towels ready for paying guests. Room was sloppy and gross as well, residue in the bathtub, on the walls, and on light fixtures etc. Extremely disappointing and will never book with this company again. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
