Sleep Inn & Suites Elk City Route 66

No insulation between walls. Group of kids were very loud in the hall. No hot water. Mostly clean. Breakfast was good. Structure is kind of run down. Needs some love and attention. People nice. Good value. They let our pup stay here.

Manager has horrible customer service skills. Rooms are never cleaned on weekly stays. You do have my personal credit card . I paid at the property not online. You told hotels.com you would refund the night . I have attached the screenshot from them. Yes every third night you are suppose to clean the room per your policy . I have stayed there 12 times in the last two years . Each time two room for at least 3 to 4 nights every trip. I have never asked for a refund in fact this time I asked for a nights credit 2 rooms for this week. I asked about what to do before I checked in and was told to contact hotels.com which I did. I would have never checked in and gave you my card if I knew you were going to not refund the $210. The week before we had the same situation and had to leave early.

The employees were friendly but I had to go the first night of my stay with out a TV! The remote was not in the room and the employees said the boss had it and was not there. There was long black hair on the bed, and I am blonde so it defiantly was not mine. The room was not the most clean I have seen. When I was checking out, I had to wait a while after i rang the bell for someone to come help me so that I could return the remote like they asked me to.

This hotel has unmowed grass that is covered in stickers. My service dog had them embedded in his paws and hair. I had to remove embedded stickers from my wheelchair tires so my hands wouldn’t be hurt. I had hair on the shower floor. Dead bugs in my room. Dead bugs all over the interior of the hotel. A stain on the bed spread. The ice machine might kill someone with the amount of bacteria that has to be in it. The ice machine smells. I am completely shocked it doesn’t have an out of order sign on it. The side entry doors have signs saying to not use them. I am pretty sure that the fire sprinkler in my room is covered with something. On Monday of the same week I stayed at the Best Western Plus in Elk City. They did NOT have the bug problem that this hotel has. The room smelled like someone

I expected more for the price of the room and from ratings of other travelers reviews. It was pretty dated, carpets worn and in our room bucked up. It was clean but had to ring a bell to get get a front desk person when we checked in and again out. Even after ringing the bell, resorted to calling a number to reach someone.
