Best Western Plus Executive Residency Elk City

I’ll start with the bad and end with the good. My main complaint is that the AC is visibly covered in mold and I could barely breathe in the room if the AC or heat was on. It is very bad and if you’re allergic to mold you would seriously struggle here. On the other hand, the staff is truly amazing. I will specifically call out Megan and Cameron. Megan works the front desk and I believe is a manager. She was a pleasure to work with. We came here for a family emergency and had to extend our stay and we weren’t sure for how long. She was a huge help, she was patient with us and helped us get the best deal on the room that we could. Great stay staff was great along with thr room. However the wifi signal did not work at all very hard to complete business task. Other than wifi signal i definitely will be back. Thank you

We had the room with a kitchenette and some of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty and no dish cloth to wash dishes. There were no paper towels as we’ve had here previously. There was Only 1 regular coffee for two people. |No internet to speak of. If you want to be “unplugged” this is the place for you!! Our devises showed we had internet but you can’t even download, open or send an email not to mention open a website (including the BW app) I talked to the office and they said they would reset but that did no good. In today’s world this is unacceptable and it’s a benefit we paid for. Positive: The hotel itself was decent. We stayed again, because it was nice before. Negative: The staff working when we stayed this last trip were TERRIBLE. Housekeeping opened our door at 8am after telling her multiple times, ?no thank you? through the door. The man in charge got CRAZY with my husband when he just tried to tell him not cool

Will staying at this hotel initially was all right they have a decent breakfast that's a good location and it's fairly quiet here! However I was interrupted all day yesterday by the housekeeping staff because the hotel forgot to mark me as occupying this room and housekeeping thought the room was vacant! Then I just woke up about 10:30 at night with someone trying to get into my room because the hotel staff forgot to notate that this room was occupied and tried to sell it to somebody else and I had to tell the person banging on the door to go back to the desk because this was not their damn room!
