Sleep Inn North Scottsdale near Mayo Clinic

The Sleep Inn is in a great location. Unfortunately it's due for a major remodel. My room was not dirty, but carpets, upholstery and stuff was stained. Not the end of the world, but not what I expected. The shower was warm at best for my two night stay. No hot water in my room at any point. The shower head was also very dated. The beds were very old and uncomfortable. Breakfast was pretty decent. Waffles, pre-made eggs, potatoes, and the usual lineup of bagels, pastries, and yogurt. The staff was fine. Nothing to write home about one way or the other. Looking at staying elsewhere nearby for my next trip, but if they remodeled the rooms or rebranded or something I would consider staying again.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Service at the front desk was very friendly and professional. I would like to give a special shout out to Sandra who helped me make a change in my reservation. She took care of it quickly and professionally.

Perfect location for my visits to the Mayo Clinic. Breakfasts were included, and they were very satisfactory. We did have some issues with the water temperature in the shower, but maitenance came and resolved it. Our room was very clean, had all the ammenities we needed, and the staff was great. Overall, our experience was positive, and we'd definitely stay there again. Thank you!!

Staff was friendly, although I had to wait several minutes for a staff person to come to the front desk each time I needed something. Overall the room was clean and comfortable. However, some basic maintenance and upgrades are needed. The card swipe/key to my room was very finicky and difficult. The buttons on the phone were mashed in and didn't work. The USB ports on the bedside lamps were broken as well. Carpet in the hallway was very worn. Not major issues but noticeable.

The room was clean, well maintained, with nice little fridge, microwave and decent size TV. There is a desk space with two outlets and two outlets at both night stands each. The clock was accurate to local time. Receptionist Juliette was extremely nice, friendly, efficient and helpful. There is a nice elevator, vending machines and ice machine on the second floor, at least. We were up and out before breakfast. It is in good proximity to the Mayo clinic.
