Thank you all for your excellent customer service. More specifically Thank you Ms. Trsh for being the professional that served your entire team as an asset of quality. Ma Trish is professional and poised, and knows how to stay evenly yolked when treading the lines between personable but never personal. She is to be commended for her tenacious approach to customer service, seemingly effortless to her and her true humanitarian personality. I too work in the customer service driven, Property Manager industry and It always excited me to find true dedication and genuinely devoted practie anytime I can experience such like my experience at this location. The manager was extremely rude because we didn't like the first room that was shown to us. Her attitude was horrible, we thought that we would be visiting the hotel on many future trips. I was looking forward to building up points as a member and giving myself a break from Wyndham. We are a retired Army couple. We definitely didn't feel welcomed and was very very disappointed. We spent a night in room 413 and was very satisfied and impressed. With and attitude like hers, can really make a big impact on people returning to the hotel. There was people smoking marajuna in the complex also. We SHOULD be compensated for that experience.

Any person with an compromised immune system should not sleep here under any circumstances. The shower was dirty. The television couldn't get reception. Absolutely no reception. The associate at the desk tried to help with the TV. She was unable to help or locate another room for me. There was a roach in the bathroom. The king size bed was lumpy and it smelled weird. It was impossible to feel comfortable in such a filthy environment, because I was afraid to touch anything. I only needed the room for two nights so I went to Publix bought cleaning supplies and Lysol spray. The associate couldn't find me another room. But she seemed extremely helpful and apologized. I figured all the rooms were all about the same any how. After I cleaned and deodorized the room I put the rest into God's hands

The room accomodations were clean and comfortable. On our way home to Illinois, I realized I had left 2 dresses in the closet of our room. I immediately called the hotel. They found the dresses, boxed them and both staff and manager were able to accomplish mailing them back to me. I couldn't have been more pleased or thankful.

The room was really nice but it was not what we reserved. I told the very nice lady we reserved an accessible room. The room we were given had a low toilet and NO grab bars. Very friendly breakfast and cleaning staff. We would only stay again if we were able to get the accessible room that we always reserve. Note that Sleep Inn wifi would not connect but Mainstay wifi does connect.
