Sleep Inn Midway Airport

I usually go here every time I visit. This time was different. The bathroom was super tiny with a sliding door instead of regular door. They reduced the hours from 3pm til noon to 4pm til 11. I liked the fact that we cld actually sleep in. And they are now charging 30$ to park. So many not so good changes

Our first room had no heat and we were moved to another room. The heater in that room sounded like a truck when it turned on. The hotel definitely needs updating. We’ve been staying there for well over 20 years but we think next visit we will look elsewhere. On a positive note all of the employees were very pleasant.

Dirty rooms, smoke smell even though a non smoking property. We had to change rooms 3 times due to broken equipment issues or cleanliness. The 1st had dirty towels in the refrigerator and stains all over the carpet. The 2nd had non working outlets that were needed for medical equipment. The 3rd had a non working that tv that finally got fixed after several hours. The sheets were stained and dirty and every room smelled musty and stale. I will commend the front desk staff as they were friendly and did their best to try and remedy the issues,but I would NEVER stay here again. It would be better to sleep in your car.

Check in was the easiest, fastest check in I’ve ever experienced! The workers were all kind and helpful! The hotel room was clean and the bed was SO comfy! I wish I didn’t have to leave it so soon!! Breakfast was hot, yummy! Eggs and sausage! Pleasant hotel stay! Parked our car and used the hotels free shuttle service! Will stay here again for future trips!

Room was clean and comfortable. Liked the free shuttle to and from the airport connecting conveniently to the Orange Line. Would be nice to make sure the room is stocked. 3 night stay with only half a roll of toilet paper, had to ask the front desk for more, and the conditioner bottle was empty. Overall a good stay.
