Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Midway Airport

This was absolutely the worst courtyard I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk staff wasn’t helpful. They all told me different things when asking about the hotel accommodations. The rooms was basic, toilet didn’t work. Did I mention the staff was horrible also. Everything is a charge. Even asking a question they wanted to charge me $20 lol. Late checkout is a charge, parking is a charge, walking is a charge. Did I mentioned the front desk staff was horrible.

Close to CUC and Midway airport. OK place to stay, but we like the Fridays attached to it. It has been rehabbed and looks a lot better.

Instead of saying what cards you will accept please be specific nothing like this happen going forward make sure, it is known fact some states accept Chime, especially when folks reserved and call to ask about the protocol you no longer accept Chime Debit Card. Positive: There were problems. But the on duty staff was kind and attentive. The recently renovated room was comfortable. Negative: The lobby area is not the cleanest and looks very dated in appearance. They need better lighting. The management at this place is evasive and indifferent. I would even go so far as to say dishonest. STAY AWAY if you're smart.

I stayed here for two nights in a room with two king beds. The room itself was really nice, and I had a great night’s sleep because the bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, I hate to say that the service needs improvement to match the quality of the room. I checked in at midnight and went straight to shower. While showering, I realized that the body wash was empty. You’d think that if you’re checking in well past regular hours, the room would already be properly stocked and ready for guests. I shrugged it off because it was late and I didn’t want to call the front desk just to ask for soap. The next morning, as I was heading out, I passed one of the housekeepers.
