Sleep Inn Hardeeville - I-95

Check in was no problem, bedroom was ok, but there was a hike in wall high up with a kleenex hanging over it, not sure what that was about. Drawer in room wouldn't stay closed. Tripped over it at night!! Breakfast was the deal breaker. Water for waffle mix, no tea of any kind, no juices , hard bagels and muffins. Everything was empty, had a few other people walk down and got disgusted also.

We needed a place to stop along the way of our travel. Convenient location. We booked it late, upon arrival we had a quick check in, and a nice clean room. Beds were very comfortable.

It is a typical roadside hotel, which is low-grade. The maintenance of the rooms is not very good. the carpet is very stained, the walls of the rooms are very detailed and I got a pair of cockroaches in the bathroom. It lacks maintenance in general. I hope this post helps so you can keep it in better condition. The receptionists are very friendly.

If I could race negative stars I would. Nothing about this hotel would be appealing to the average person. It smelled like mildew and was covered in mold, mystery stains, roach poop, blood, and more. I saw two cockroaches in my room and we found a new place to stay. It was truly in shock in this hotel and would recommend you stay far away.

The smell throughout the entire place was almost unbearable. Found mosquitoes and what appeared to be a freshly hatched cockroach crawling on our drink after it was sitting on the desk for about 30 minutes. I couldn’t bring myself to shower in the mold laden bathtub. The carpet was coming off the wall in some areas and the walls in the bathroom had areas that were falling apart. It was truly a disgusting room and I will likely never stay in a Sleep Inn again.
