Best Western Plus Hardeeville Inn & Suites

I will stay here on my next trip to or from Florida. Comfortable beds and pillows. There is slight highway noise. It did not bother me or my wife. She woke a few times from the a/c fan. That's how it goes. A Jamaican restaurant "One Love" and soul food at "Chicken Licken" are nearby and worth exploring. Service at One Love can be hit or miss. Also typical Mexican restaurant is close. The pool looked nice...not heated of course. The young man BK answered a few questions and was pleasant. Breakfast was fine and ready to eat at 6am.

This is a convenient spot for us. They accept pets. The breakfast is good. The staff is friendly. The parking lot is well lit. Everything in our room worked well. Reasonable price paid for our overnight stay we have stayed there many times and have never been disappointed.

Lies & Vibrations👎🏻 I could not give a -5 but that would be the score of this experience. After a long drive we needed a place to rest and stopped at the first visible location: the Best Western Plus. I normally stay at 4 to 5 star hotels; however this hotel and motels were the only option. I would also like to add that the Best Western brand and previous history during national disasters were amazing and I appreciate this brand; however this was not the experience here. I was told that pets were not allowed. I signed a waiver during checkin that I would not bring a pet in. Hmmm the reason we chose this place over the others… is because of previous experiences and the fact that the ad we found stated pets were allowed. ( see pictures)5 feet after checkin passing the first room… a dog barke

Clean, convenient and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Ice maker on 1st floor was broken. Our biggest surprise was $20 pet charge for our small dog. Overall worth the price.

Newly updated . I don’t understand why some people write things the way they do. But overall, it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. sheets were crisply clean, and the entry was very welcoming. There was a slight smell in the hallway, but nothing obnoxious. Breakfast is just so so but I’m not a big breakfast eater. I would definitely stay here again. Very reasonably priced.
